RSPCA When RSPCA rescued Treacle he was starving, sick close to death. He desperately needed our help. Every day the RSPCA rescues 100s of abused, neglected animals like Treacle. It’s a huge task and to stop these poor animals from suffering. We urgently need your help with our biggest animal rescue ever! In fact we need extra money to cope with this extra work load. The RSPCA advert try to get the watcher to see what is happening to the animals. E.G. starving, close to death, abused , beaten, not cared about. Then, you feel really sorry for the poor animal and straight away give in to the charity appeal. At the end of the speech, the man also says that on behalf of this dog thank you. They are using personification. The advert only includes what the price is very quickly. They do not keep on saying just £ 3 a month on and on and on again, they mostly describe what the dogs and cats are suffering through. They are also trying to tell them that the savings from your account will need to be used efficiently .
