    The Answer

    (Row 1 is the top row, and column 1 is the column to the left)

    15 is in row 1 column 1.
    5 is in row 1 column 2.
    7 is in row 1 column 3.
    1 is in row 2 column 1.
    9 is in row 2 column 2.
    17 is in row 2 column 3.
    11 is in row 3 column 1.
    13 is in row 3 column 2.
    3 is in row 3 column 3.

    I figured it out at last!!!!

    11_1_15
    13_9_5
    3_17_7

    All the columns and diagonal add up to ...27!!!
    It took me an awfully long time to figure it out (1,000,000,000 days)

    1 - middle
    11 - right

    Middle
    5 - left
    9 - middle
    13 - right

    Bottom
    7 - left
    17 - middle
    3 - right

    The totals equal 27.
